Office Hours
Our office hours are Tuesday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
Appointments
We see all patients on an appointment basis, and ask that you call our office in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. We strive to see all patients on time, and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify our office immediately. We ask that you give us 24 hours advance cancellation notice so that we may serve another patient during that time.
Finances and Insurance
In order to provide quality and appropriate treatment for you, we offer a full range of convenient payment options for you to choose from, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, and personal check. Extended financing may be offered on larger cases. We will work with you to help estimate and maximize insurance benefits. Financial arrangements will be coordinated with your insurance benefits. Please be sure that we are provided with your most current insurance information.
